“This is strictly a violation of the agreement! Humans and demons aren’t supposed to harm each other…!”
Ruslan couldn’t even finish his words. As soon as Bael’s grip grew stronger, the entire building trembled like they were about to collapse anytime soon. A power of such unknown limits had emanated straight from Bael. The demon that appeared all of a sudden had the face like that of a born conqueror.
Agares and all the other demons immediately knelt down and worshiped the demon who was right in front of them. The moment when his true identity became crystal clear, Ruslan had no other choice but to let go of Julia.

As she wielded her ability, a magic circle soon appeared in her hands and the room, which had been shaking as if it was about to collapse at any moment, became absolutely quiet in the blink of an eye.
She slowly raised her gaze and met with Bael’s pair of eyes. It was an excruciatingly short, fleeting silence.

The focus of her eyes suddenly became blurry in an instant. Although her slender body had staggered at that moment, Bael could not stand it any longer and proceeded to grab Julia’s wrist with force. No one could even dare to stop him from heading straight outside.

“Cough! Hu-ugh, cough, cough!”
The key instantly twisted her body around in pain. However, even such a movement could provoke the already agitated Bael in response. He raised one of his knees on the bed and proceeded to caress Julia’s neck.
Along with such a very caring and gentle touch—contrary to all the vicious impulses that came darting through his mind.

“I never thought that you would plan to get out of the castle by conspiring with those new humans that I hadn’t known about. I feel quite bad for underestimating you so far.”
