Chapter 194

Your nephew is kissing someone

The crew soon boarded a plane back to China. Meanwhile, Bai Qi sat in the VIP waiting room at the airport and dozed for half an hour before catching a flight to another European country with Xi Chengyun.

“It’s a shame that the rest of the milk can’t be brought on the plane.” Bai Qi sighed softly, hugged the blanket, changed his slippers, and went to sleep with his head tilted.

Xi Chengyun supported his head.

Xi Chengyun’s mood was exceptionally calm at this moment. Thus, he slowly closed his eyes as well.

Both of them slept so deeply that they even missed the airplane meal.

When they landed, Bai Qi’s stomach gave a distinct “grumble.”

“Let’s go eat first.” Xi Chengyun said as he dragged the luggage with one hand.

The clothes they brought weren’t much, and they had all been reduced to one suitcase when they left, leaving the rest for the assistant to bring back home.

Bai Qi answered in a low voice, “Mm? Going to eat at home?”

“No, we’ll eat outside. Once we’ve eaten and rested, we’ll pay a visit.”

“Oh, okay.”

Bai Qi pondered in the back of his mind for a moment. It sounded like Xi-laoshi and his uncle’s family weren’t too close.

Bai Qi didn’t ask questions carelessly, only pretending that he didn’t hear anything, and obediently followed Xi-laoshi from the airport to the streets of this utterly unfamiliar country.

Xi Chengyun seemed to have arranged for a car earlier, and a black sedan quickly picked them up and drove them down a busy avenue.

He didn’t take Bai Qi to eat the local specialties. Instead, after turning a few corners, they arrived outside a Chinese restaurant that was open on a corner with a half-lit billboard.

“It’s closing time if you come a little later.” Someone inside stood up.

Bai Qi raised his eyes to see a Chinese woman in her fifties, with a slight dialect accent that had yet to be altered even after years away.

She held out a handwritten menu to the two of them.

She didn’t seem to recognize them at all, so there wasn’t a hint of surprise on her face.

Xi Chengyun lowered his head and ticked on the menu, whispering as he did so, “Qi Qi, you have to tell me what you like to eat and don’t like to eat.”

Bai Qi nodded and watched him tick off a few dishes first.

Bai Qi: “Isn’t that enough? We won’t be able to eat more, and it’ll be a waste.”

Xi Chengyun stopped in time but did not immediately return the menu to the lady boss.

He asked, “Do you like all the dishes I ordered?”

Bai Qi: “Yes.” Fearing that Xi Chengyun wouldn’t believe him, he added, “I really like them.”

Speaking of which…

“How did Xi-laoshi happen to pick all my favorite dishes?”

Xi Chengyun’s brows relaxed slightly, looking more genuinely gentle. While handing the menu to the lady boss, he said in a low voice, “Every moment I spend with you brings me one step closer to remembering your preferences.”

He said, “Look, Qi Qi. Everything can be acted out, but sometimes the real you can’t be hidden.”

Bai Qi’s eyes flickered.

He always felt as if Xi-laoshi’s words were a veiled expression of love–I see the real you and like the real you.

Perhaps Xi-laoshi didn’t mean it intentionally.

But he felt that his heart had become slightly softer.

Xi-laoshi is too good at it.

Every sentence probably always sounded like love words.

No one can resist it, right?

Then it’s only natural that I can’t resist, right? Bai Qi blinked.

The lady boss took the menu and quickly ran to the back of the kitchen. Bai Qi could faintly hear the sound of her tapping on the chopping board.

Xi Chengyun’s voice sounded again, pulling Bai Qi’s thoughts back. “I’ve lived in this city for four years and often come here to eat.”

Bai Qi nodded.

No wonder the lady boss wasn’t surprised.

“Did you go to school over here back then?” Bai Qi asked.

“No. My mother had just died, and they thought I needed a break. The contact with my grandfather’s family helped disperse my mind.” Xi Chengyun faintly said.

So did the dispersal work out in the end?

Bai Qi was curious but felt it was inappropriate to ask.

However, Xi Chengyun voluntarily said, “Before officially appearing on the screen, I was a person who wasn’t exactly trouble-free. I did everything boys wanted to do during their rebellious period. After four years, I probably failed at dispersal. When I left here, I only felt a deeper sense of confusion.”

Bai Qi’s teenage years were far too well-behaved.

The most out-of-the-ordinary thing he did was to learn how to farm on his own, if that could be considered unusual.

If you put it that way… then I will become excited.

Bai Qi hurriedly asked, “What did Xi-laoshi do then?”

Xi Chengyun couldn’t help but raise his hand and rub Bai Qi’s head. “Good boy doesn’t need to ask.”

Bai Qi:?

Aren’t you just digging up people’s curiosity and not bothering to bury it?

Luckily, the first dish came up at this time. Bai Qi was really hungry, so he ignored everything else, took the hot chopsticks from Xi Chengyun, and ate first.

Xi Chengyun laughed softly and then followed with his chopsticks.

After finishing the meal, Xi Chengyun took money from his pocket to pay the bill.

He actually used RMB to pay the bill.

Bai Qi: “Shouldn’t she take the local currency?”

Xi Chengyun said indifferently, “She receives many local currency daily, and it’s even harder to receive this. This is more real than virtual money on the internet. When you pinch it in your hand, it’s like you’re closer to your home country.”

Bai Qi could not help but think again when he heard this.

Would the teenage Xi-laoshi also miss his home country when he lived here?

Bai Qi turned his head to look out.

Outside was a long street.

The street had some handmade goods stores, leather goods stores, and a cutlery store with local specialties printed on it, etc.…

Bai Qi had wanted to take the money his dad gave him to buy a little something for Xi-laoshi.

But after thinking about it… the things here weren’t rare.

There weren’t any specialties.

So Bai Qi dug into his pocket and fished out his wallet.

Besides cards, US dollars, and local currency, he also had domestic banknotes and coins in his wallet.

He took a coin and gave it to Xi Chengyun.

Xi Chengyun pinched it in his hand and tossed it around. His eyes landed on Bai Qi’s body, and he smiled gently. “Did Qi Qi give me a coin to receive a kiss?”

Bai Qi answered candidly and sharply, “Yes!”

Xi Chengyun froze.

He probably didn’t expect Bai Qi to really have such thoughts.

The corners of Xi Chengyun’s mouth slowly rose higher.

He hugged Bai Qi’s waist and clasped the back of his neck with his other hand before kissing Bai Qi’s lips.

He whispered, “I will serve you well.”

He pried open Bai Qi’s lips.

While kissing, licking, and nibbling, he pressed and rubbed the back of Bai Qi’s neck with a force that was not too light or heavy, and his long and strong fingers, taking advantage of the fact that he was taller, even explored a little bit into the sweater along the way.

He touched Bai Qi’s back and that pair of beautiful butterfly bones.

He liked Bai Qi so much.

He liked him so much.

After being confessed to and forcibly kissed, he tried his best to maintain his sanity and sobriety, thinking hard about loving or not loving Bai Qi.

His body, however, instinctively and openly ran toward his Bai Qi.

The Bai Qi that he loved.

Street corner.

A blue car drifted dashingly on the street with a muscular Latino driver and a robust white bodyguard inside.

They looked at each other in disbelief at the scene outside the car window.

The bodyguard touched the back of his neck.

There was a small, shallow scar there.

“Should we go up and break them?”

“He looks like a lion at this moment. Hey, let’s just forget it. I’m afraid he’ll hit me.”

“And what should we reply to the mister? Tell him: hello, your nephew is passionately kissing someone on the street and can’t be bothered with you for a while?”
